How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Heaven Holds ships within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because orders are processed quickly, we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please email us as soon as possible at info@heavenholds.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you accept returns or exchange?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
What if my items arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, email us at info@heavenholds.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review and provide a replacement or solution.
